About

I work with founders, leaders, and teams who sense that the way they work no longer works. Especially in times of fast change, uncertainty and pressure.

Together, we rethink how work gets done so people and businesses can adapt, stay resilient and thrive without depleting themselves.

I’ve been there too. I’ve questioned and redesigned my own way of working, what success means to me, and how I want to feel.

So when we collaborate and design your version of a regenerative business, I bring together the lived experience with years spent supporting organizations and teams navigating change.

Clarity & Integration Session

From "It's too much" to "I know what matters now." A session to untangle complexity, connect your needs with your business's, and leave with next steps.

Team Reflection Journey

A guided reflection journey that helps teams build trust, surface what remains unspoken and create braver and honest ways of working together.

Regenerative Business Program

The business works, but the person behind it is running on empty. A 3-month mentoring and business design program for founders who want to build it differently.

Hi, I’m Vicky —

And I’ve been there too.

For years, I worked as a consultant and business designer, with some of the biggest brands - Accenture Song, Fjord, Spotify, Magenta, and Red Bull.

I loved the work. But the pace was fast, and the pressure high.

I tried to recover from work outside of work. Only to return to the same systems every Monday. One day I started asking myself:

How could we redesign the way we work and put human well-being at the center?

It has become clear to me that the thriving of one is interconnected with the thriving of others and the whole ecosystem, and for that, we need to rethink the way we do business and the narrative around growth.

This experience and becoming a mother gave me the courage to think differently about where I invest my energy and time.

That eventually became the foundation of Inner Muse.

Who this is for

Founders

At the beginning, somewhere in the messy middle, or ready for a radical new direction. Building something meaningful while navigating complexity, competing priorities and the constant decisions that come with creating a business on your own terms.

Leaders & Teams

Navigating change and rethinking how work gets done. Ready to redesign ways of working, strengthen collaboration and build healthier, more resilient organizations — especially as AI changes how we work.

& who it isn’t for

The people looking for a quick fix.

It’s also not for people who still need to be convinced that caring for people and our planet is necessary.

Collaborating with me is for those willing to go where it’s uncomfortable. It changes not just the person, but the people and systems around them.

“It really isn’t another productivity tool — it’s a daily anchor. I especially love the connection between the inner and outer world, and reflecting on how the two influence each other.”

Vicky created something very special with the journal. It is clear and minimalistic, while giving you enough space for your own thoughts. I use it for both personal and work-related topics. It helps me sort my thoughts, gain clarity, and intentionally take time for myself. The creative exercises also help me look at my thoughts from a different perspective.
