The longer I worked in these environments, the more I realized how difficult it became to recover outside of work, only to return every Monday to same environment and ways of working.
And I wasn't alone.
I started asking myself what if the problem isn't the people? What if it's the way we've designed work and businesses?
That question, my experience and the need to create a regenerative business for myself to literally survive became the foundation of
Inner Muse.

We use mainly breath work and reflection as methods. In facts that’s how we start all our sessions.
Because presence leads to awareness and awareness leads to clarity and that leads to better decisions and hopefully a better life and business.
Only then do we begin designing together -decisions, structures, rituals, ways of working and the business itself.
