How it works
1 week. A few minutes every day.

You can download and or print the journal below. I recommend single-sided, A4, ideally on paper that feels good to write on.

Before your first day, read through the opening pages. Take the promise to yourself seriously.

Each day remember the intention and commitment you gave yourself. So often we skip what is good and nourishing for us and realize later how much we have deprioritized our own well-being.

At the end of the week, spend 15 minutes with the end of week reflection.

At the end of the testing phase please fill in the survey. Your feedback matters to me and shapes what comes next.
